Comprehensive Holistic Evaluations-that examine the clients home environment with current abilities. Work hand in hand to achieve your independence and caregiver goals. Plan of cares are driven by the client. $125

Treatment Sessions that are centered around achieving client and family goals. Treatments are individualized and crafted to the client and their abilities. $90

Group based therapy sessions $25 per individual client

Group Rates:

-Up to 6 participants $90

-Up to 12 participants $180

OT Care Packages

-1: OT (4) 1:1 Bundle- 4 private treatment sessions must be used in one month $315

-2: OT (8) 1:1 Bundle- 8 private treatment sessions must be used in 2 months $630

note: I do not accept any form of insurance. Services are private pay only. You can request a receipt to give to insurance. However all forms of reimbursement are to do with your insurance and should/ will not have any effect on the cost of my services. Myself or my company is not responsible for any form of reimbursement. All services should be paid in full at time of service.

-Any care updates are charged under the treatment price

-$50 cancellation fee will be charged if client cancels within 24 hrs. of appointment.
